Program Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services will be delivered online. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the required hardware, software, and other materials necessary for successful completion of the course. Dar al-Afia shall not be responsible for providing recordings or make-up sessions for sessions missed by the client due to the client’s internet connectivity, hardware or software malfunction, or circumstances.

Meeting times and Minimum Enrollment

Class meeting times shall be assigned at the sole discretion of Dar al-Afia. Dar al-Afia reserves the right to change course meeting times and will make reasonable attempts to reconcile schedules of students and instructors. In the case that Dar al-Afia makes any changes to class meeting times without the agreement of all participants individually registered (not as part of a group or co-op) in the class, recordings will be made available to students unable to attend the live class. Clients enrolling as part of a group and availing of the group discount agree to scheduling terms as negotiated between Dar al-Afia and the group’s designated coordinator.

All classes have a minimum enrollment requirement to proceed. Should you register for a class that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement by the class start date, the class may be cancelled. In such an event, any tuition and fees paid will be refunded.

Coaching sessions shall be scheduled in one-month blocks so that all participants can appropriately prepare and ensure attendance. Dar al-Afia retains the sole discretion to make up sessions missed by the client, if at all. Sessions canceled by Dar al-Afia shall be made up by the assigned coach or a prorated refund issued to the client. The prorated refund rate shall be calculated as the total cost of the subscription divided by the number of sessions available in the client’s subscription plan (including group sessions). Please review the schedule at https://addisoncoaching.simplybook.me/v2/#book prior to purchase of your plan to ensure your preferred times are available. Currently, coaching sessions are offered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Group coaching sessions will be offered on Wednesday evenings at 8:00 p.m. Central U.S. time.

Course and Coaching Plan Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Dar al-Afia, course fees are due according to the terms stated in your registration form. No refunds will be processed except in the case of non-delivery of stated number of contracted services by Dar al-Afia or as otherwise stated in writing by Dar al-Afia in course or registration documents. Clients availing of an installment plan agree that they are responsible for completion of the full payment cycle, regardless of client’s enrollment status. As we are a small organization, non-payment of complete course fees by withdrawn students may impede our ability to continue offering the course to other enrolled students. Payment plans are offered as a convenience to clients with full trust that payment obligations will be met.

Unless otherwise stated in program descriptions, program fees do not include the price of books, materials, or field trips and associated travel.
